Cool bird, wicked riddim.
This is the cut that surfaced -94. Tenor Sawand Pyceral in combination. I don't know if it has been released beforethat or if it has been unreleased from Tenor Saw's death -88. It seemsa bit strange considering the strength of both the riddim and this particular tune. Or has Tenor Saw's voice been put over the riddim afterhis death? The riddim was released through Penthousebut it doesn't sound like Penthouse riddim and to me it doesn't sound like a mid nineties riddim either. Anybody who knows...?
Later I got som more info on this from Mikey B/www.radicalsound.tk: "Nice site you have! I was checking your Digital Section and saw your question about John Crow riddim. The 45's I have, are on ROOKIE PRODUCTIONS, and indeed I remember buying them in the mid nineties..."
Comments (latest first): Comment: this song is off the album John Crow By the Fire Side Lp done in 1994 by Rookie
